Unser Beratungskonzept ist modular aufgebaut. Die einzelnen Module bilden jeweils definierte Vorgehensweisen und Ergebnisse ab. Der Arbeitsumfang hängt natürlich immer von Ihrem konkreten Bedarf ab. Die konkrete Empfehlung zu dem für Ihren Bedarf passenden Modul liefern wir Ihnen nach der Aufnahme, die bei jedem unserer Beratungsprojekte am Anfang steht. Die Aufnahme ist das elementare Modul, in dem wir mit Ihnen Ihr Projekt „bis zum Ende“ durchdenken und eine „Geschichte aus einem Guss“ aufbauen.
Our consultancy concept has a modular structure. Each of the individual modules maps procedures and results. Obviously, the scope of the work always depends on your individual needs. We make a specific recommendation concerning the module that fits your needs once we have gathered the relevant information, which is always the first stage of our consulting projects. Information gathering is the basic module in which we think your project ‘through to the end’ and build a ‘seamless story’.

Ergebnis:
Formlose Rückmeldung über Machbarkeit und alternative Vorgehensweisen sowie ggf. Angebot zur Aufnahme.

‘First contact’ module
An informal meeting with you at your premises to discuss your needs and the ways in which we can assist you.
Result:
Informal feedback on feasibility and alternative procedures as well as an offer for survey, if called for.
Your costs:
Our travel and accommodation expenses if applicable (see list of fees). No service fees.
Modul „Aufnahme“ / ‘Survey’ module
Modul „Aufnahme“
Strukturierte Ermittlung relevanter Informationen (Interne Finanzkennzahlen und KPIs, externe Daten, strukturierte Interviews mit Projektbeteiligten bzw. –betroffenen).
Abgleich Ermittlungsergebnisse mit Wahrnehmung des Auftraggebers. Unterscheidung von Erkenntnissen und Hypothesen. Unterscheidung von Risiken und Unsicherheiten.
Entwicklung von maximal drei Umsetzungsszenarien mit Bewertung nach temporären und nachhaltigen Kosten- und Ergebniseffekten sowie verbundenen Risiken. Diskussion der Umsetzungsszenarien mit dem Auftraggeber zur Festlegung eines bevorzugten.
Ergebnis:
Dokumentation der Ist-Situation mit kritischer Würdigung der Wahrnehmung von Projektbeteiligten und –betroffenen.
Darstellung des Umsetzungsszenarios in Form eines Projektkonzeptes mit Abschätzung von Zeitbedarf, notwendigen internen und externen Ressourcen inkl. Projektorganisation, Projektkosten und nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen (Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung).

Honorarberechnung pauschal gemäß Angebot zzgl. Reise- und ggf. Unterkunftskosten (siehe Preisblatt).
‘Survey’ module
Structured determination of relevant information (internal financial key figures and KPIs, external data, structured interviews with people participating in and affected by the project).
Matching the results of the determination process with the client’s perception. Distinguishing between insights and hypotheses. Distinguishing between risks and uncertainties.
Developing a maximum of three implementation scenarios with evaluation based on temporary and sustainable effects in terms of costs and results as well as associated risks. Discussion of the implementation scenarios with the client to determine the preferred scenario.
Result:
Documentation of the actual situation with critical appraisal of its perception by those participating in and affected by the project.
Mapping out the implementation scenarios in the form of a project concept with an estimate of the time required, internal and external resources needed incl. project organisation, project costs and sustainable economic effects (cost-efficiency analysis).

Modul „Begleitende Beratung“ / ‘Accompanying consultation’ module
Modul „Begleitende Beratung“
Unterstützung Ihrer Projektleiter und Managementverantwortlichen bei der Strukturierung komplexer Vorhaben und bei der Bewältigung schwieriger Situationen. Moderation und Mediation von internen Verhandlungen. Teilnahme an Lenkungskreisen und ähnlichen Gremien zur Entscheidungsfindung.
Ergebnis:
Wahrung klarer Projektstrukturen und Ergebnisorientierung – Sinn/ Zweck; (interne) Kunden; Ergebnis; Erfolgskriterien; Ressourcenbedarf; Zeitplan; Abweichungsszenarios. Unabhängige Stimme und externe Sicht auf relevante Entscheidungen innerhalb Ihrer Vorhaben. Hohe Effektivität und Nachhaltigkeit in der Projektdurchführung. Gegebenenfalls Rolle des Advocatus Diaboli.

‘Accompanying consultation’ module
Support for your project leaders and responsible managers in structuring complex projects and managing difficult situations. Moderating and mediating in-house negotiations. Participating in steering groups and similar decision-making committees.
Result:
Maintaining clear project structures and results orientation – objective/purpose; (internal) customers; result; success criteria; resource needs; time schedule; deviation scenarios. An independent voice and outside view of relevant decisions within your projects. High effectiveness and sustainability in project execution. Role of devil’s advocate if called for.

Modul „Projektleitung“ / ‘Project management’ module
Modul „Projektleitung“
Übernahme der Funktion des Projektleiters innerhalb Ihres Vorhabens mit vollständiger Prozesskompetenz. Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Projektfortschritt an Management oder Lenkungskreis.
Ergebnis:
Unabhängige Projektdurchführung auf der Basis klarer Projektstrukturen – Sinn/ Zweck; (interne) Kunden; Ergebnis; Erfolgskriterien; Ressourcenbedarf; Zeitplan; Abweichungsszenarios.
Ihre Kosten:
Honorarberechnung auf Tagesbasis zzgl. Reise- und ggf. Unterkunftskosten (siehe Preisblatt).
‘Project management’ module
Assuming the role of project leader with full process competence. Regular reporting to management or the steering group about the progress of the project.
Result:
Independent process execution based on clear project structures – objective/purpose; (internal) customers; result; success criteria; resource needs; time schedule; deviation scenarios.

Modul „Management auf Zeit“ / ‘Temporary management’ module
Modul „Management auf Zeit“
Zeitlich befristete Übernahme einer Linienfunktion innerhalb Ihres Unternehmens zur Bewältigung eines Vorhabens oder einer Phase größerer Veränderungen. Vollständige Übernahme von Verantwortung für Prozesse, Inhalte und Ergebnisse. Berichterstattung in etablierten Berichtslinien oder der Situation angemessenen Organisation.
Ergebnis:
Organisation ist auf einen nachhaltig erfolgversprechenden Kurs geführt. Mitarbeiter haben Ziele und Erfolgskriterien des Unternehmens verstanden und akzeptiert. Neue Prozesse und Verhaltensweisen haben sich stabilisiert.

Abhängig vom Einzelfall.
‘Temporary management’ module
Provisionally taking on a line function in your company to manage a project or a phase of major changes. Assuming complete responsibility for processes, content and results. Reporting along established lines of reporting or structures appropriate to the respective situation.
Result:
The organisation is set on a course that promises lasting success. Employees have understood and accepted the company’s goals and success criteria. New processes and modes of conduct have stabilised.
