Für Download-Produkte (digitale Inhalte, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden) fallen keine Versandkosten an.

Download-Produkte können Sie über einen per E-Mail mitgeteilten Link herunterladen.
Die Versendung dieser E-Mail mit Zugangsdaten zur Ausführung des Downloads erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung).

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 24 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
